Designed for families or small groups, the residence features three spacious bedrooms and an extra room with bunk beds ideal for kids. Four and a half bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 8 guests. Occupancy beyond 8 guests is not permitted. The open-concept living and dining areas flow seamlessly onto a large terrace, ideal for outdoor dining, relaxing, and enjoying Punta Mita’s spectacular sunsets. Floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors allow the ocean breeze to fill the space, while high cathedral ceilings create a bright and airy atmosphere throughout the penthouse.

Important – Resort Fee (Effective January 6, 2026)
A resort fee is required for Punta Mita amenity access cards and is not included in the rental rate. The charge is per person for stays of up to one month:

If your group is larger than 8 guests, we also have the option to rent the Condo located directly across the hall, subject to availability. This allows us to comfortably host larger groups while keeping everyone close together.
